How It Works

Next Video: How It Works

Step 1: Align Drums

Line up the 3/4” bunghole on the drum you’re tipping (donor drum) to the larger 2" bunghole on the receiving drum (the drum you are transferring into). Make sure that both drums are level.

Step 2: Secure The Tipper

Secure the EZ Gripper Tipper onto each drum by pushing the bottom slip plate upward until it is tight against the lip of the drum and tighten the bolts (2 bolts on each side of the EZ Gripper Tipper). Next, push the top slip plate downward until it is tight against the lip of the drum and tighten the bolts (2 bolts on each side of the EZ Gripper Tipper).

Step 3: Insert Stand

Take the EZ Gripper Tipper stand and screw the threaded end into the 3/4" bunghole of the drum you are NOT tipping (receiving drum).

Step 4: Connect the Hose

Fit the hose onto the 3/4" barb fitting by hand. Once connected, screw the 3/4” threaded end into the 3/4” bunghole of the drum that you are tipping (donor drum) and place the other end of the hose into the larger 2" bunghole of the the drum you are transferring into (receiving drum).

Step 5 : Grip it and Tip it

Before transferring any material, make sure that all other penetrations/openings are sealed on each drum besides the one with the transfer hose and the other on the receiving drum that you’re transferring into. Safely tip the drum that the hose is screwed into (donor drum) in order to transfer the material into the receiving drum.
