Shipping policy

How long will it take to arrive? Order processing takes 1-2 business days and your order will be shipped via UPS ground. You have the option to upgrade your shipping for an additional fee. 

Tracking hasn't updated? Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in UPS's tracking system.

What if I enter the wrong address? In some scenarios, UPS is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address. If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned and you will be notified once it is received back. You will need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package. 

If the package was marked as delivered by UPS, We will need to open an investigation with UPS. Usually it is delivered, but the package was left in an unexpected location. It's best to double check. If you are unable to locate the package, we will need to have UPS approve a claim or a new order will need to be placed.
